Section 11
Not to be employed without an employment contract
: (1) The employer shall not employ anyone without an employment contract.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), it shall not be necessary to enter into a written employment contract for casual employment.
(3) When concluding an employment contract in accordance with sub-section (1), the salary, facilities, conditions of employment and other matters as prescribed shall also be mentioned in such contract.
